Scope

This policy covers the Kalahamoon sales workspace, public website, and browser extension. The workspace processes account, customer, conversation, order, and connected-store data to provide the features you choose. The extension captures product information at your request.

Information We Access

The extension may access the active page, selected product links, page content, images, prices, product descriptions, variants, and technical page signals required to identify supported marketplaces and extract product information at your request. If you sign in, Kalahamoon also stores account and session data needed to keep the extension connected to your workspace.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to provide extension features such as detecting supported stores, extracting product data, checking duplicate captures, sending products to destinations you configure, generating affiliate links where available, and maintaining account access, security, and operational reliability. We do not use captured product data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the extension, such as with Kalahamoon backend services, destination platforms you explicitly connect or choose for product export, and service providers that support secure hosting and delivery of the service.

Permissions and Security

The extension requests browser permissions such as active tab access, supported site access, storage, context menus, notifications, scripting, clipboard write, tabs, identity, and alarms solely to enable its documented features. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and encrypted network transmission where supported, to help protect stored and transmitted data.

Your Choices and Rights

You can stop collection by disabling or uninstalling the extension at any time. You can also disconnect your Kalahamoon account, remove stored browser data through your browser settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect and Contact

The extension is not designed to collect unrelated personal messages, passwords, payment card details, or private form input unless that information is part of product content you intentionally ask the extension to process on a supported page. Usage Analytics and Session Recording

When enabled, tools such as Microsoft Clarity process interaction events and session recordings to understand usage and performance problems. Workspace text is masked by default, and names and email addresses are excluded from analytics identity calls. Masking changes do not apply to older recordings. Contact support about access, retention, or deletion requests.
